If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and present a receipt or proof of purchase to obtain a return authorization. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from www.MyMurron.com. Items sent as gifts from our website can only be returned by the original purchaser. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.
When returning merchandise to Bluebee Beauty LLC, please follow these instructions:
- Send an email to email@example.com and include your order number.
- Indicate the reason for your return in email.
- If your return request is within the allowed timeframe, we will email back and authorize your return.
- Include your original order form with your return.
- Wrap the package securely.
- Email us back with a tracking number once the parcel has been shipped.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
